ohnotheydidnt [ pirate_twin ]	3:04p	Charlie Sheen arrested in Aspen, CO on Christmas Day on domestic violence charges Actor Charlie Sheen was booked into the Pitkin County Jail on felony domestic violence charges today, authorities in Aspen said. He was arrested by the Aspen Police Department at 11:20 a.m. today. Booked under his real name, Carlos Irwin Estevez, he was arrested on charges of felony second-degree assault, felony menacing and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief, according to the Pitkin County Sheriff's Department. No details of the allegations have yet been released. He has an $8,500 bond but must remain in jail until his first court appearance, a standard procedure, according to a statement from the Sheriff's Department. source OH NO he didn't!
